We had dinner and drinks at Riverside Beach Bar and it was just as expected, very good! We had a couple of drinks to start off with and they were made well. Our dinner was enjoyable, authentic taste, hot and wet did not have to wait long. We had the gnocchi and lobster ravioli, both were delicious. The location was ideal for a quiet date night, we really enjoyed the view of Lake Como at sunset.

Hidden gem. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We went there afternoon and watched the sun go down behind the mountain, recommended for a romantic experience. You can have a swim as the public beach is right next to the place.

This restaurant by the lake is an absolute gem. The view is stunning – calm, scenic, and especially magical at sunset. It’s the perfect setting for a relaxing meal or evening drinks. The food is delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients and great variety. Every dish we tried was full of flavor. The cocktails were a highlight – creative, well-balanced, and ideal for sipping by the water. The service really stood out. The waitresses were not only sweet and welcoming, but also genuinely attentive and kind, making the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. Whether you’re here for a romantic evening or a laid-back lunch with friends, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

I concur with all the reviews about the delicious carbonara! This was the best carbonara that we've ever had. I usually don't like carbonara but this place changed my mind. In addition, the hours are amazing compared to other restaurants in the area. And you can't beat the lake side view, especially during sunset. See you guys again soon! Ciao down!

We ate here every day we were at Lake Como. The service and people running the restaurant are the absolute best! We love Francesca!! The food is 100% excellent and we ate a lot of different selections. We arrived one Sunday, and all the tables had reserved signs on them. We were heartbroken. I asked Francesca what we could do? She smiled and brought us to the table we had sat at most of the time, She removed the sign and said it was for us. It was planned - there were 3 of us and only 3 chairs at a 4 top table. How thoughtful! Best place we ate on Lake Como!

An incredible spot in Bellagio! Riverside SnackBar is a true gem right on Lake Como, just outside of Bellagio in San Giovanni. Francesca, the owner, is the heart of the place—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The views are beautiful, the food and drinks are great, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. A must-visit in Bellagio! We can’t wait to return. Thank you, Francesca, for making our time in Lake Como so meaningful!
